What’s included in the retreat

NOTE:
This retreat is held entirely in noble silence. It is much more self-guided than the 5-day.
“I attended as a therapist looking for self-care
as well as experience to share with my clients. It was all that and more. You'll leave so nourished!”
- Ashley Merback, retreat participant.

Testimonials
I just finished my third retreat with nature’s heart and I am so grateful for these experiences that Justin has curated. The time spent in the wilderness opening up to what lives inside of me and all around me is a precious feeling that I return to often and continue to cultivate between retreats. This time in particular I felt a much greater sense of support from and belonging with the planet/ life that I am carrying into my life with profound daily impact. I have had significant overwhelming experiences in my life that still live in my nervous system and Justin very tenderly and skillfully has held what comes up to be seen. I also felt incredibly supported by the infrastructure and food to go deeply into the parts of myself that need that care and support. I am so grateful for my time out there feeling my practice, trust in myself, and in being held by nature.
